Today,&nbsp;we are using TronHoo\u2019s&nbsp;FDM 3D printer T300S Pro&nbsp;and PLA filament to print a Giant Mecha King Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"377\" src=\"http:\/\/demo.namu66.com\/tronhoo3d\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/09\/\u91d1\u521a\u56fe\u72472-1024x377.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-352\" srcset=\"http:\/\/demo.namu66.com\/tronhoo3d\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/09\/\u91d1\u521a\u56fe\u72472-1024x377.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/demo.namu66.com\/tronhoo3d\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/09\/\u91d1\u521a\u56fe\u72472-300x110.jpg 300w, http:\/\/demo.namu66.com\/tronhoo3d\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/09\/\u91d1\u521a\u56fe\u72472-768x283.jpg 768w, http:\/\/demo.namu66.com\/tronhoo3d\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/09\/\u91d1\u521a\u56fe\u72472-1536x566.jpg 1536w, http:\/\/demo.namu66.com\/tronhoo3d\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/6\/2022\/09\/\u91d1\u521a\u56fe\u72472.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s go through the whole process to discover the fun of 3D printing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly,&nbsp;download the model file that you like from 3D printing service platforms such as MakerBot Thingiverse, My MiniFactory, and Cults.&nbsp;In this case, a&nbsp;mecha&nbsp;King Kong&nbsp;(creator:&nbsp;toymakr3d)&nbsp;is selected&nbsp;due to its&nbsp;detailed and intricate structure,&nbsp;it&nbsp;is a great example to test the performance of an FDM 3D printer.&nbsp;In addition,&nbsp;this mecha&nbsp;King Kong model has&nbsp;about 80&nbsp;parts, which can be scaled up to fit the&nbsp;large build volume&nbsp;of&nbsp;TronHoo3D&nbsp;T300S Pro, and finally assembled into a giant model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secondly, slicing the different parts of the model into suitable layers,&nbsp;according to the principles of increasing&nbsp;the adhesive surface&nbsp;of the&nbsp;model&nbsp;to reduce&nbsp;supports&nbsp;as well as increasing printing speed and optimizing the printing effect by&nbsp;slicing&nbsp;software such as Ultimaker Cura&nbsp;and&nbsp;Simplify3D. In this case,&nbsp;all&nbsp;80&nbsp;parts&nbsp;are&nbsp;sliced&nbsp;accordingly and properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thirdly, copy the&nbsp;sliced 3D model files&nbsp;into the card and insert them into the TronHoo\u2019s&nbsp;T300S Pro, and power it&nbsp;on.
